So on the first day of uni, well the second semester really, I learn that FRENCH101(G) is a money sucker. Look, they make the necessary textbook AND lab book [ooh what value for money] a combined pack of a whopping $140.xx. I mean it’s not me who’s paying, but rather the swipe of Daddy Dearest’s Visa.
The lab book on its own is 80 dollars, la. Frenchies. Argh. HAHA.
Yes, it is of late, that I have come to my senses and learn the true value of a dollar and stop my compulsive shopping. Amen to that.
Anyway I shouldn’t be complaining. That’s the only textbook I’d be needing.
And coursebooks to all ye faithful COMPSCI2xx lectures.
